4월 30일 밭에 심은 호박의 새싹이 드디어 나왔다. 

오늘이 13일이니 열흘 정도 걸림 셈이다.

새싹이 땅을 열고 나오는 모습은 언제 봐도 감동이다. 이 세계에 잘 왔다 호박아, 함께 잘 살아보자. 

아일랜드의 젊은 농부. 무려 23살부터 농사를 시작했다. 
지금은 새싹채소를 재배하여 아일랜드 곳곳으로 납품... 요즘 한국에서도 식물공장에서 이런 농사를 지으려고 한다는 소식을 들었다.

How can you farm without land? Sprout!

Darragh Flynn (27) started the Happy Pear Living Foods Farm 4 years ago in 2009. He now grows wheatgrass and many different types of sprouts, like beans, sunflower, chickpeas, alfafa, leaks, etc. Darragh delivers all over Ireland and shows us that even without land, it is possible to set up a viable farming business, just get a few second-hand truck containers and start!
